Each team understands that winning touchdowns don’t magically happen on the field.
One of our staff shared his opinion, that soccer and work are share some similarities. It’s require team works, motivation, and same goal to achieve.
We are so excited to see Masterkidz FC, the soccer teams with PT Master Kidz Indonesia’s staffs and operators as the player. They “play” as a team, both at work and soccer field. Play either after work, in the weekend, or holiday. Have competition with another local teams, and build the bonding. It’s fun, to share the joy of winning, without blaming the team when losing.
Like in the soccer game, every positions plays an important role. Play the best in our role. And as a team, together we are stronger.
