Industrial Engineer - Sewing Process
Job Description :
Experienced Industrial Engineer that will be in charge for sewing department to optimize the efficiency, productivity, and quality of the process.
Work with the related team and contribute to streamlining the operations and improving overall performance.
Responsibilities :
– design and implement the process related to soft goods (sewing process)
– evaluate the materials specification based on product requirements
– review design specifications, workflows, and other related information
– supporting the production planning to estimate the capacities, set the production targets and develop schedule
– Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing corrective actions and promoting a culture of innovation and efficiency.
Requirements :
– Have educational background or working experience on related fields for minimum 3 years
– Proven experience and strong knowledge in industrial engineering, preferably in sewing or textile manufacturing
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
– able to communicate in English will be additional advantage

Assistant Manager of Quality
Job description:
The Assistant Manager of quality will be an experienced Quality person who will be reporting to and working alongside the Quality Manager.
The main job purpose will be to help develop, manage and expand the quality management system on site. This will include effectively helping to manage the Quality Assurance team whilst ensuring production and quality standards are maintained.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Quality, Leadership and Focused Improvement results of the team
Works with all site teams to address quality concerns and leads or assists in resolution
Partner with Quality Manager in developing and delivering the Quality requirement and implement the QMS
work extensively with internal team as well as external team/customer to deliver quality products to our customers
Requirements:
3+ years experience in related field
have strong understanding of ISO 9001:2015 standard and good working knowledge of and experience of quality systems
Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Word is essential
Able to communicate in English (oral & written)
Experience of manufacturing would be beneficial
